Sign in

1. Go to https://mail.yourdomain.com in any web browser. (Replace yourdomain.com with the part of your email address after the @.)
2. Sign in with your full email address and your email password.
3. To change settings, click the Settings (gear) icon. On a phone, open the menu first to find it.

Common tasks

I want to…	In Settings, go to…
Change my password	Account, then click Change Password. You’ll need your current password first.
Stop good mail from going to junk (whitelist)	Spam Filtering, then Trusted Senders. Click the pencil icon and add the sender’s email address or domain.
Block a sender (blacklist)	Spam Filtering, then Blocked Senders. Add the address, then choose what happens to their messages.
Make spam filtering stricter or looser	Spam Filtering. Turn on Override spam settings for this account, then choose what happens at each spam level.
Set an out-of-office reply	Autoresponder. Turn on Enable Autoresponder, enter a subject and message, then click Save.
Forward my mail to another address	Account, then Forwarding. If you don’t see Forwarding, contact iHwy to have it turned on.

Good to know

• Changed your password? Update it in Outlook, Apple Mail, and your phone too, or they’ll stop getting mail.
• Contacts are trusted automatically. Anyone saved in your webmail Contacts skips spam filtering.
• No wildcards. Enter a full address (jane@example.com) or a whole domain (example.com), not *@example.com.
• Missing a message? Check your Junk E-Mail folder. If it’s there, add the sender to Trusted Senders. In webmail, you can also trust or block a sender right from the message.
